We brought together our long-standing expertise to create something new, built on solid relationships, clarity, and trust. Our story

To truly understand who we are today, it is important to go back to where it all began. Before Excelior, we were three professionals with different backgrounds in consulting, finance, and entrepreneurship. Years of working side by side, shared projects, and critical decisions built a relationship based on mutual respect and trust. Looking at wealth from different perspectives enabled us to join forces and create a solid and complementary business.

Economic crises and the pandemic profoundly changed the priorities of families and entrepreneurs, highlighting a fundamental need: stability. We found the answer in gold, a tangible and timeless asset. Excelior was born from this understanding, with a clear purpose: to offer a concrete, accessible, and secure solution for protecting wealth.

Excelior was born from the experience developed with Helior in the Italian market and extends its model to international markets.
It is the Swiss operational and technological extension of the Helior model, developed by New Era Goldchain SAGL to make physical gold accessible beyond Italy's borders, through tools and services designed for an international environment.
In this journey, Helior represents the origin and the model; Excelior represents its operational and technological evolution across international markets.

Luigi Leonardi

Co-Founder Excelior — Strategy and development

An entrepreneur and manager with over twenty-five years of experience in developing companies, sales networks and innovative projects. Throughout his career, he has worked in the insurance, communications and trading sectors, developing expertise in organisational development, sales-network training, and the launch of new business ventures. At Excelior, he leads the development of the project's strategy and architecture, contributing to its evolution with a vision focused on innovation and sustainable growth.

Fabiano De Marco

Co-Founder Excelior — Leadership and relationships

An entrepreneur and manager with nearly thirty years of experience in private banking, commercial management, and professional network development. He has held managerial positions at major financial institutions, coordinating teams of private bankers and managing assets worth hundreds of millions of euros, while also taking on prominent roles in trade associations. At Excelior, he contributes to the development of strategic relationships and international growth, bringing extensive experience in leadership, communication and professional network building.

Filippo Barbieri

Co-Founder Excelior — Commercial development and training

A professional and manager with over thirty years of experience in financial services, business development, and network building. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside individuals and businesses in their wealth and professional development, with a particular focus on training, coaching, and the organization of sales structures. At Excelior, he contributes to the project's business development and to promoting greater awareness of wealth protection, with an approach focused on training and personal growth.
